Welcome,

I am Erica Priscilla Sandoval, LCSW, SIFI, a mental health practitioner, speaker, spiritual healer, and four-time published author of Latinx/e in Social Work, available in both English and Spanish.

I am the founder and CEO of Sandoval CoLab, where I lead a team of therapists and create holistic programs for individuals and organizations.

I am trained in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), a powerful approach to healing trauma and depression. I am passionate about making holistic care accessible to communities most impacted by systemic barriers.

Through my work, I strive to create spaces for healing, growth, and empowerment within the Latinx/e community and beyond.

A Heartfelt Journey of Renewal

This past August, we gathered in the lush heart of Colombia’s coffee region for a truly restorative retreat designed especially for social workers, mental health providers, and holistic practitioners. Over six meaningful days, participants reconnected with their purpose, aligned with their unique gifts, and explored how to sustain a soul-led path, both personally and professionally.

Surrounded by nature and supported by community, this immersive experience created space to breathe, reflect, and grow alongside others who understand the importance of giving, and the necessity of receiving.

Stay connected to learn more about upcoming retreats and be the first to know when the next journey begins.

Collaborations

The Latinx/e In Social Work Podcast, hosted by Erica Priscilla Sandoval, calls awareness to racism, bias, and discrimination felt by Latinx/e social workers. By sharing personal narratives from social workers within the Latinx/e community, our goal is to dismantle injustice and stigma, and guide others to notice how they manifest in the field.
