Testimonials

Laura Quiros, Ph.D., LMSW

Erica's skill lies in her ability to collaborate and connect, specially around issues of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. Erica and I have worked closely in several spaces where the focus of the dialogue, panel or training was on inclusion and belonging. She supports me in my work as a trauma informed DEl consultant and as an educator. It is not very often, especially in older adulthood, that you met someone and the synergy is felt. This is how I felt with Erica and as a Latina woman of color, I am so grateful to be in community with her, as we work to support and uplift each other. Erica listens with her heart and strives to build a community of healers.
